The Therapist

Regina Williams is a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals rewrite their life stories with hope, healing, and purpose. She specializes in supporting clients who are emotionally overwhelmed and navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and other personal challenges. Regina creates a safe, affirming space where clients can process their experiences, rediscover their strengths, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.
As an insightful mental health professional, Regina brings together lived experience, educational expertise, and clinical training to provide thoughtful, individualized care. She believes that every person's journey is unique and tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each client's specific needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while fostering genuine, heart-centered connection.
Regina is passionate about serving women in the BIPOC community, empowering them to become their most authentic selves beyond their past, pain, grief, and trauma. She believes healing is not about erasing one's story but embracing it, finding meaning in it, and creating a future that reflects resilience, wholeness, and self-worth.
As both a therapist and a Christian, Regina believes there is value in both therapy and theology. She respects the diverse beliefs of every client and never imposes her faith in the therapeutic process. However, for clients who desire a faith-integrated approach, she thoughtfully incorporates biblical principles and practices into therapy to support their healing journey.
In addition to her clinical work, Regina is a five-time self-published author whose writing encourages healing, personal growth, and emotional resilience. Her published works include Purity In The Process: Poetry & My Story, Grown With No Regrets, Unmarried Goals, and the Good Grief, Honey! Book and Journal. Through both her counseling practice and her writing, Regina is committed to helping others find hope, healing, and the courage to embrace their next chapter.
Regina believes that every story matters, every life has purpose, and healing is possible. She considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients as they invest in their mental health, embrace their authenticity, and become the healthiest version of themselves.
